🚚 Order Processing & Delivery Policy

We take care and precision with every order to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Our order processing time is up to 7 business days (1 week). This includes careful product verification, packaging, and dispatch.

  • Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7–10 business days after processing.

  • Delivery to other European countries may take 10–14 business days, depending on regional customs and courier services.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real-time. We collaborate with trusted courier partners to provide safe and timely delivery for every order.

At Thrift Kings, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the unique nature of thrifted and graded items, we’ve outlined a clear and fair return policy:

  • Items graded as B, C, or D are non-refundable. These items are sold as-is and are priced accordingly.

  • Products priced under £5 are also non-refundable.

  • Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and free of wear or damage.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Please email support@thriftkings.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if required. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

All product prices on our website reflect live currency conversion rates at the time of purchase.

⚠️ Important Note: Once a transaction is completed, the price is considered final. If the product’s price changes due to market shifts after your purchase, no additional charges or refunds will be issued. You are responsible for paying the amount shown at checkout, as per live rates.

We currently support:

All transactions are SSL-encrypted to ensure the highest level of security.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delays:
Please note that delays can occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
